Encik Muhammad Ameer Hafiy Bin Amri is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Shariah (LL.B & Shariah) (Hons) from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), graduating in 2022.
He was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 6 October 2023 upon the completion of his pupillage at Messrs. Akberdin & Co., where he trained under the litigation department. During his pupillage, Encik Ameer gained substantial exposure to a wide range of civil, criminal, and Shariah litigation matters, including involvement in high-profile and public interest cases.
In January 2024, Encik Ameer joined Messrs. Sim & Rahman and currently serves as a Partner of the firm. His legal practice focuses on civil litigation, estate administration, and family law, catering to both Muslim and non-Muslim clients.
