Khoo Nee Jian is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya with over a decade of legal experience, primarily in property conveyancing, banking law, and estate administration. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Northern University of Malaysia in 2012 and was called to the Bar in January 2014 after completing his pupillage at Messrs. Seah, Balan Ravi & Co. Demonstrating a strong commitment to academic and professional growth, he holds two postgraduate qualifications: a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Malaya (2017) and a Master of Teaching and Learning from Taylor’s University (2021)
Khoo’s legal practice includes extensive experience in sub-sale and developer project transactions, loan documentation, tenancy agreements, and the transmission of estate properties. He is also well-versed in probate and administration matters. Known for his structured approach and client-oriented mindset, Khoo regularly advises individual clients, financial institutions, and legal practitioners across Malaysia. Internationally, he has provided legal consultation to clients from China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, and the United Kingdom.
Fluent in English, Malay, Mandarin, and Hokkien, Khoo brings both technical expertise and cultural understanding to his legal practice. In 2024, he joined Messrs. Sim & Rahman as a Legal Associate, where he continues to handle complex conveyancing and banking transactions with a focus on efficient, practical legal solutions.
